In the process of getting rid of the disease you many need to replant sections of the grass. By rolling this lawn tool over the sparse areas it pokes holes for new seeds to take root. So just spread grass seeds over the area and keep it watered. The mended areas will blend in during the new season, and the bare spots will no longer be visible.
